Townhouses at Lake Isle (TALI) is a diverse gated community of 85 private homes. The homes are attached and are made up of 13 buildings on 7 acres of park like property on Lake Innisfree (aka Lake Isle) in Eastchester, NY.

The community’s common property is managed by an elected Board of Directors and additionally the owners are assisted with property management by Barhite and Holzinger, a well- known property management company located in Bronxville, NY.

The location of the development is excellent as it is located very close to Manhattan as well as all major shopping centers and medical services as well as several country clubs and a stable. It is across the street from a running/biking nature trail. Good schools within walking distance and a pleasant neighborhood make the community highly desirable.

The homes themselves range in size from two story at approximately 2,000 plus square feet to three story with as much as 3,400 square feet of living space.

TALI is a welcoming community. It is not only culturally diverse, it is also age diverse. We have families with young children and we have empty nesters.
