The monthly and quarterly maintenance  fees provide a variety of services and amenities such as maintenance of pool, marina, and playground , snow removal, leaf cleaning (including gutters), exterior house painting, landscaping, common property pest control, 24/7 security & concierge, property management,  and community social events. 

Security is a big feature at Townhouses at Lake Isle as it is a gated community that is monitored 24 hours per day. Additionally each home has a Honeywell state of the art, satellite connected wireless Fire and Burglary alarm system.  At the entrance gates the personnel assist to manage security and also provide for a variety of concierge services and communication services. All of this is included in the HOA fees. 

Lake Isle is a private lake. We have our own swim dock and marina.

Many of our homeowners have pets, Each unit is allowed up to two household pets.

Street parking is reserved strictly for guest use.
